Bounding box when exporting an EPS

We have a new archiving system at work (SCC), and once imported into that program, SCC places the Freehand EPS on the bottom left of a letter size white space, regardless of the size of the image. I guess the issue is that Freehand doesn't create a bounding box when exporting graphics as EPS. I need...

I was having problems printing to the postscript driver of one of our work printers, so our tech guy changed the printer driver yesterday to a non-PS driver. Now, I cannot export to EPS anymore. We figured out it would print correctly if we chose "Fast/Economy" printing rather than the default. And then the problem magically solved itself overnight. It's suddenly cropped up a time or two since then, but then was fixed overnight again. Very odd.

Paste inside, paste inside, paste inside! It's my No. 1 issue with Illustrator. I do maps pretty much every day in my job, and paste inside is absolutely necessary for it.

We have a new HP 7000 printer at work. It worked great Monday through most of Wednesday. I printed something from Freehand at 6:20 p.m. and it printed fine.
