Thanks for the reply. That might mean I got my vectors intp QXp 6 or earlier, or more recently via InD with the InD2Q plugin. Duh.
Best wishes,

FreeHand editable drawing in QUarkXPRess
Hello, anyone remembers how to position editable vectors from FreeHand (or – horribile… AI :-) into QuarkXPress so that I can edit and use some old (not complex) drawings with the QXP native vector tools? I seem to remmber it was possible but I forgot how, it's so long since I last did. Thank you an...

Re: Your feedback for the Adobe presentation
A small note to your pdf: in FHMX closed paths are NOT a requirement to fill a shape (show fill in the prefs). Otherwise, a pretty representative presentation!

Re: Your feedback for the Adobe presentation
By all respect for your work, and please excuse me if this has already been said, I find it…, well, funny that Adobe employees use your – our – expertise for free (or even for pay) to plagiarise FreeHand (even if they technically own it). Are the creators of FreeHand still around, did anyone ask the...

Re: just found out about freehand
incredible… :-) I just switched to a quadcore MBPro early 2012 (the last Snow Lleopard-MBP!) and FH works very fast and safe under SL 6.8. The only glitch is that it shows an error on start (although it says so, FH does not hang). NO idea where it comes from, it has survived numerous updates and cle...

Re: About this forum
I very much doubt that there will be many FFH members giving advice ti Adobe for Illustrator. Maybe that's wishful thinking, but I would like to know – can we make a statistic?

Re: Personal discount code
thu: indeed, I'd like you all to share your attitudes. Imo some public noise is appropriate. The negotiation result is so derisory – and onerous – that I think A. should be shamed for it. I'd also like a detailed report on how it was reached and what it's “nondiscloseable“ terms are. I would even b...

Re: Your expectations
1- What FH docs doesn't FH open? I do not remember it happening to me, but I have few very old docs (they were mostly updated on customer demand at least once every second year so they are in FH 9, 10 or MX. 2- Is the idea of having a dedicated FH engine (perhaps under licence) to convert and THEN o...
